Hi there! My name is Uros and I’m a Quality enabler in software development teams. I break software for a living and I’m on a mission to share my hard gained knowledge with my readers. I live in Belgrade, Serbia and I am very active in online realm. What do I have to say about my path in quality assurance?
My journey in QA hasn’t just been about mastering technical aspects. It’s also been about leadership and mentorship. Having served as a QA Team Lead, I’ve had the privilege of guiding and supervising teams of up to 10 individuals, nurturing their talents and fostering a culture of excellence. I find immense satisfaction in witnessing junior QA engineers blossom into proficient professionals under my guidance.
It hasn’t always been about me. Beyond leading teams, I’ve also extended my knowledge to newcomers in the field of software development. Teaching Quality Assurance to beginners has been a gratifying experience, because I believe in paying it forward and empowering others to succeed in this dynamic industry.
